We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 14-day return and refund period from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return

Attach photos fulfilling the following requirements:

Product in original condition as received.

Unworn and unused.

Original tags attached.

Original packaging.
-
Receipt or proof of purchase.

Approval: Once the return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Packaging: Pack the item in its original condition and write the return number on the packaging.

Drop-off: Drop off the item at our assigned logistic partner drop-off point.

Proof: Email a photo of the returning item to the same email thread as proof of return.
We will conduct an inspection and inform you of the status of your return within 5 working days.
Exceptions and Non-returnable Items
Please note the following exceptions to our policy:

Items from the #FLEX Collection are final sale and cannot be returned.

Discounted items with a reduction of more than 40% are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and verified to be in good condition, we will process the exchange.
You can chat with our staff to let us know which item you want to exchange. Provide us with a picture of the item nicely packed, and we will arrange a doorstep exchange. We aim to complete this within 1 week.
Exchange Terms:

Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging.

The returning product must be of the same value as the desired exchange.

For products of higher value, please contact us for payment of the balance.

For products of lower value, no refunds will be provided for the difference.

Items marked as 'This item is not exchangeable' on the product page are strictly non-exchangeable.
Approval Status
Our customer service team will notify you via email after the inspection. Approval is subject to the condition of the returned item.
